Cancellation Before 48 Hours: Guests who cancel their bookings 48 hours prior to the date of arrival are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund, and the full booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
No-Shows :In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged as retention.
Hotel Copper Folia does not have a return policy for hotel bookings or services. Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to our cancellation and refund policy. For additional services such as dining, spa, or other hotel amenities, any disputes or issues regarding service quality must be reported immediately to the hotel management during the stay for prompt resolution.
