Hotel Copper Folia reserves the right of admission. We may deny accommodation or services to individuals at our discretion for reasons such as safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, lack of valid ID, non compliance with hotel policies etc. In such cases, a refund for the booking will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, Aadhaar card, etc.) upon check-in. The ID must match the name on the reservation. Guests without a valid ID will not be permitted to check in, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation with applicable charges
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Guests bringing pets may be denied check-in or asked to make alternative arrangements
All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees as per government regulations. The hotel reserves the right to modify room rates and other charges without prior notice. Confirmed reservations will, however, be honored at the agreed rates at the time of booking.
Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, or specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s account
All guest rooms and public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is provided here.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by hotel management may result in eviction without a refund.
The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or any other circumstances of force majeure.
